1. Right of Withdrawal

As a customer of Droommotor Shop, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase by an unequivocal statement. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory.

You can submit the withdrawal form electronically on our website or by email.

3. Returning the Goods

Upon withdrawal, you must promptly return the goods, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the purchase. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

4. Refund Process

Upon receiving the returned goods, we will examine them and process a refund within 14 days. We will refund the full purchase price, including the standard delivery cost. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • Goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalized.
