This luggage rack is designed to freely load a backpack or bag using straps or elastic bands (not supplied) or to attach a universal topcase plate (not supplied). Installation is simple and does not require any drilling. Pre-assembled plastics are also included in the belt fixing holes which prevent abrasion of the belts during use.
